History
AAVARTH FINCARE PRIVATE LIMITED is a Registered Private Limited Company (AFPL) that extends micro-loans to poor and needy women in rural and semi-urban areas who are excluded from mainstream banking services.
Journey started in 2016 as a humble beginning with Aavati Souharda Credit Co-operative Limited, now extends its financial services through AFPL to enhance not only the livelihoods of borrowers, but also the lives of their families. AFPL is committed to working towards women's economic empowerment in India.
As a Banking Correspondent Company AFPL capable of taking microfinance services or any other financial products of commercial banks to the last-mile. We conduct need assessments at customer level, customize products and take banks to the doorstep of the customers. The focus is clear, to reach areas where formal financial institutions find it unprofitable to settle.
Main Objective
The main objective of Aavarth FinCare is to empower economically marginalized individuals, particularly women, by providing them with access to financial services and resources. This includes extending micro-loans and delivering financial education and support.

Kumara Murthy H V
Chairman and Managing Director
Mr Kumara Murthy H V started his career at Wipro post his engineering graduation in Computer Science. After a decade of stint at Wipro he founded and established AAVATI CREDIT CO-OP LIMITED in 2016 with the intent of serving people from rural areas (Including urban areas) who are deprived of financial services even though they qualify to receive such services. AAVATI provides Banking and Financial Services to its customers.
India being a re-developing country has many marginalized rural women entrepreneurs who lack access to traditional banking services. In 2022 Mr Kumara Murthy H V founded AAVARTH FINCARE PRIVATE LIMITED to address the needs of such women.
Mr. Kumara Murthy H V holds Engineering Degree in Computer Science (B.E.) from Bengaluru University and Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Manipal University. He is an accomplished business management professional with extensive experience in Administration, Operations, Finance and Technology Management Functions.
Prakash T
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Prakash brings over 25 years of expertise in the finance and co-operative sectors. He is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Aavarth Group.
Holding a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Commerce from Bangalore University, he combines a strong academic foundation with extensive professional experience in this field.
Throughout his career, Prakash has successfully led financial operations to support business growth. He is skilled in managing financial challenges, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
